Fridays 10 - 12 am: WEE 3's Sunday Morning Schedule 8 am and 9:30 am: Worship Sunday Morning Volunteer Educational Opportunities Opening Worship Leader: Lead children in fun, upbeat songs, as children gather at 9:15 am. Nursery Assistants: Lend a hand to the nursery attendant during the education hour on a regular basis. Preschool Sunday School Teachers: (Excellent Team Position) ° Teach 3 & 4 year old children in a self contained, non-rotational settingPre-Kind. Sunday School Teachers: (Excellent Team Position) ° Teach 4 & 5 year old children in a self contained, non-rotational settingConfirmation Teachers: ° Lead confirmation classes through Bible lessons from the "Here we Stand" curriculumChristmas Program Coordinator (Preschool or Elementary): ° Under the supervision of the Christian Education Committee, plan and oversee the Christmas Program and rehearsals.Rotational Sunday School (Kind. – 6th) Fall Theme: Jesus the Teacher: The Beatitutes. Story Tellers: Numerous opportunities are available! These people creatively share the learning center story during the first week of each new unit.Small Group Mentors: Kindergarten – 6th GradeResponsibilities include: · Relationship building with students in one grade level· Open and close class time with prayer· Celebrate birthdays & Welcome visitors· Track attendance· Introduce Unit Theme for lessons· Assist Learning Center Guides as neededThere is a great possibility that one or more grades may be combined. Learning Center Guides: Individual or team lead activities in one of the following areas: Heavenly Sounds & Stages: ° Singing, dance, movement, making & playing instruments:° Acting out stories through role-plays, dramas & puppets.Life & Times: ° Connections to the world through helping and serving activities.° Learning about cultures and customs by making and sample foods.Jump for Jesus: ° Active learning with your whole self.Creation Nation: ° Creating art, building things and science experimentsImagination Haven: ° Reflecting on the story working independently: journals, prayers, wondering and reading.All opportunities are September - December or January - May committments First Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Looking for a safe place for your child to play on the Internet? Teddy Bear Team Attention all new 3 year olds! You are now officially old enough to attend Sunday School at Chisago Lake Lutheran Church! If you know of a 3 year old who is ready for Sunday School, please notify the church office. 651-257-6300. Wee 3's is a toddler-oriented playgroup for 2, 3 & 4 year olds and their caregiver. This Christian setting will provide an opportunity for Stay At Home parents time to get out, meet others in the same stages of life and share experiences of parenting toddlers and preschoolers. Parents will develop relationships with others in same stages of life. Children will experience a group playtime with parents in close proximity. All in a Christian Setting. Where & When: Lower Level Classrooms (first floor) Fridays from 10 am to 12 am Suggested Donation: $1.00 per child, per session. **Pre-registration recommended, but not required**
